URGENTLY REQUIRED :
1. Presales Specialist for IP and Data Networking Products
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Presales Technical support for data networking and all IP product, including market trending, technology, competition analysis.
- Support sales in providing solution according to customer requirement, presentation, clarification meetings, building proposals
- Cooperate with the sales & marketing operation to support promotional events, including event marketing (exhibition, conference/summit, demonstration site, seminar/forum, road show
- Presales Technical support for other products related to data networking and IP product configuration.
- Pre-sales Technical support for new product and solution.
- Provide product training to customer and to internal sales & technical team
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of studies.
- Minimum 4 years' related experience in big Telecom company, System Integrator or operator.
- Solid technical background in telecommunications & Data network and specialize in telecommunication network and/or datacom.
- In depth knowledge in NGN, MPLS, Broadband, and Datacom system.
- Knowledgeable in the latest technologies (for example NGN, IMS, VoIP, Data Network, etc.) in Broadband, NGN, Optical Transmission and Datacom.
- In depth working knowledge in hardware/server configuration and system software
- Able to work independently to deliver solution to customers
- Good planning and business presentation skills.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good communication ability is required.
