
System Engineer
Job Descriptions:
- Provide innovative solutions to meet customer’s technical requirements
- Respond to incidents & alerts
- Provide out of hours technical support when required
- Participation in the planning, development and delivery of projects
- Coordination of system integration efforts with engineering team, project management and customer
- Install operating system and related software products
- Develop and maintain scripts to support the operational aspects
Required Skills:
- Experience providing technical support
- Experience with analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience interacting with customers and conducting technical discussions
- Fluent working on UNIX Environment
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking technologies
- Strong analytical network troubleshooting skills and proficiency with packet capture tools
- Experience administering Linux Server and VMWare
- Professional Certification in OpenStack will be advantage
