System Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Provide innovative solutions to meet customer’s technical requirements
• Respond to incidents & alerts
• Provide out of hours technical support when required
• Participation in the planning, development and delivery of projects
• Coordination of system integration efforts with engineering team, project management and customer
• Install operating system and related software products
• Develop and maintain scripts to support the operational aspects

 

Required Skills:

• Experience providing technical support
• Experience with analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience interacting with customers and conducting technical discussions
• Fluent working on UNIX Environment
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking technologies
• Strong analytical network troubleshooting skills and proficiency with packet capture tools
• Experience administering Linux Server and VMWare
• Professional Certification in OpenStack will be advantage
