Batuhideung

Desa Batuhideung in Kecamatan Cimanggu, Kabupaten Pandeglang, is a kind of an isolated village, even it is not too far from Jakarta. We have to ride a pick-up type vehicle loaded with coconut for about 40 minutes and take two hours walk to reach SD Batuhideung 4. Relawan Kampung, supported by LT-Indonesia successfully build suspension bridge across Cipatujah river in about two months. And now, students don’t have to pass by walking on the river anymore just to go to school and back home.
